ClearPoint Client Point Access Change
Client Point, powered by FIS Global, used for accessing your ClearPoint account(s) will soon be launching an additional layer of protection – Infinity® Identity Provider (IdP). This new authentication feature mitigates risk and safeguards your information upon the user login process.
IdP will allow you to troubleshoot your own password issues without needing to contact the Help Desk, while validating your user identity through two methods:
- One-Time Pin (OTP) sent via an SMS text message
- A Software Authenticator through a supported application
- FIS Authenticator
- Google Authenticatorâ„¢
- Apple Authenticatorâ„¢
In unique instances, like accessing Client Point from an unrecognized device or after 60 days since your most recent authentication, you will be asked to authenticate your identity using one of the methods noted above.
