OPEN POSITIONS

 

Operations Team Leader

This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Bank’s operations processing team. As leader, you schedule and monitor production activities to ensure Operation Team goals are achieved. This leader will oversee Operation’s functional areas, including New Business, Payments, Distributions, Trust Only processing, mail processing, and scanning functions. The Team Leader will direct daily work among available staff, assist with training, provide support and update on team status. This leader will review and approve funds leaving the bank and be responsible for other approvals in the workflow. They will work with the Ops Management Team to address customer processing issues and assist in research to solve escalated processing items. Although this position does not include direct report responsibilities, the potential to develop into a Supervisory role is within the career path. Based in our Batesville, Indiana office, you will work closely with members of the ClearPoint team.

Fiduciary Paralegal

This position will be responsible for supporting the Fiduciary Legal Manager with legal and compliance research, monitoring, communication, and execution. Will serve as the initial point of contact for internal staff related to legal questions/issues, with review by Fiduciary Legal Manager. This person must be detail oriented, highly organized and must possess flexible skills to deal with the various nuances of trust accounts and trust compliance, including the ability to anticipate issues. To be successful, strong customer service skills and attention to detail are required to ensure accuracy and quality outputs to facilitate better decision making and assist in meeting company and department goals. Leadership skills to engage employees and advance services to electronic platforms is appreciated. This position offers a hybrid schedule model with our office in Batesville, Indiana.

Operations Processor

This is a cross trained, cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups in providing exceptional customer service to our customers and the families they serve. In this role, you execute a variety of standardized tasks within multiple operational systems, such as functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching and client interaction over the phone or email. You will research abnormalities and be empowered to resolve reconciliation items. You will have the opportunity to recommend, test and implement process improvements. As a cross trained member of the Operations team, you may need to pivot to support ops processing as determined by resourcing levels, demand and SLA’s. You will need to be comfortable in shifting gears and switching up work quickly. Based in our Batesville, Indiana office, you will work closely with members of the ClearPoint team.
