Assistant Trust Administator
Responsible for supporting the Trust Administration team in daily administration and servicing of clients. Responsible for responding directly to customers on their needs by providing support for the Customer Service inbox and phone calls. This person must be detail oriented, highly organized and must possess flexible skills to deal with the various nuances of trust accounts, technology, and the ability to anticipate issues.
This is a cross trained, cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups in providing exceptional customer service to our customers and the families they serve. In this role, you execute a variety of standardized tasks within multiple operational systems, such as functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching and client interaction over the phone or email. You will research abnormalities and be empowered to resolve reconciliation items. You will have the opportunity to recommend, test and implement process improvements. As a cross trained member of the Operations team, you may need to pivot to support ops processing as determined by resourcing levels, demand and SLA’s. You will need to be comfortable in shifting gears and switching up work quickly. Based in our Batesville, Indiana office, you will work closely with members of the ClearPoint team.
The Finance Specialist will serve as a team member within the Finance Group providing support for various accounting functions and assist with related operations tasks. The key focus of this role will be to complete daily and monthly reconciliations to meet ClearPoint deliverables. Additionally, this position will provide operations support for fee processing.
Operations Specialist, Special Servicing
ClearPoint is looking for an individual who will serve as a cross-functional team member within the Special Servicing Team providing recordkeeping-only, account on-boarding and other special processing for key accounts, investment related processing, and support for audits and other regulatory processes. The key focus of this role will be to complete high profile transaction processing accurately and in a timely manner to meet or exceed key customer expectations. Additionally, this position will provide analytical support to the trust and recordkeeping areas on both a daily and special project basis.
