OPEN POSITIONS

Vice President, Investment Management

We are looking for an individual to provide investment oversight for ClearPoint’s bank and fiduciary assets as well as advisory services to its trust customers. This position will be responsible for providing recommendations and monitoring of current investments, participating in management, board and client meetings regarding investments and provide training and periodic investment related materials for other ClearPoint employees and customers.

Operations Processor

This is a cross-trained, cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups in providing exceptional customer service to our customers and the families they serve.  In this role, you execute a variety of standardized tasks within multiple operational systems, such as functions related to transaction processing, data entry, archiving, researching and client interaction over the phone or email.

Operations Specialist, Special Servicing

This position will serve as a cross-functional team member within the Special Servicing Team providing recordkeeping-only, account on-boarding and other special processing for key accounts, investment related processing, and support for audits and other regulatory processes. The key focus of this role will be to complete high profile transaction processing accurately and in a timely manner to meet or exceed key customer expectations. Additionally, this position will provide analytical support to the trust and recordkeeping areas on both a daily and special project basis.
