ClearPoint announced that Community Bank, N.A., the wholly-owned banking subsidiary of Community Financial System, Inc. (NYSE: CBU) (“CFSI”) has entered into an agreement to acquire ClearPoint. CFSI expects the transaction to close in the second quarter of 2026.
